Mountain Summit
This series was created nearly a year after my visit to Yellow Mountain in China’s Anhui Province. The experience was overwhelming—magnificent, disorienting, and humbling. These works are not direct representations, but a return to that emotional intensity through fragmented memory and layered textures. All works are acrylic on and Ink on canvas- Sizes range from 5ft x 6ft to 5ft x7ft

Pandemic Diaries is a series born during the height of social distancing. Long, solitary walks became a daily ritual—an escape, a meditation, and a confrontation. With fewer people around, nature felt closer: deer emerged, silence deepened, and the damage we’ve done to the planet became more visible. These works reflect that strange mix of stillness and reckoning.
